Make Money Online Using Automated Systems - Part Two

HI guys, this is part two of the series, "Make Money Online Using Automated Systems." I have met many would be successes that just gave up. They were burnt out, they went to one too many hotel meetings, one too many home presentations and missed too many family time due to the amount of energy they had to invest. On the flip side I have had success doing business this way and unfortunately have seen many of the people, I had high hopes for, drop out and give up.

I hope to offer some simple yet proven ways to automate your business and create a culture that easily duplicates, retains and creates income for many. Here is a recap on part one:

1. Keep it simple.

2. A few activities over a consistent period of time.

3. Take them (people) out of the equation, 95% of the time, you will still need about 5% interaction.

I know the first two make sense, but the third one, what are you supposed to do with that. This one took me a bit to realize as I built my past businesses. You will always have an extremely volatile part of your business. People, what do you do to motivate the people to do what you do? That answer changed the way I think and do business.

First, you must be a part of, or create if you don't have access to it, a system that will allow you to leverage your business and more importantly will quickly teach your people to do the same. Here is a small outline of what that "system" should accomplish.

1. Generate

2. Capture

3. Expose a need

4. Expand that need into a desire

5. Present a solution for the need and fulfill the desire

6. Close the deal

7. VERY IMPORTANT - Quickly begin that same process with your new team member!!

Bingo! We have a winner. This system outline will duplicate activity, activity will duplicate income, income will duplicate success and success will equate to ongoing growth and the retaining of your team members. Don't under estimate the power of this. Understand, this is not complicated. Reflect on these points, I will expand on each point in the future newsletter.
